Hi - I have an iPhone6 64MB, iOs 9.1, and the screen is jumping. I will open the phone or click on a random app and the screen will jump to a half screen where the top half is black and the app is on the bottom half. The screen sometimes toggles back and forth for a few seconds and sometimes it stays put for a few seconds before returning to the app being in the full screen. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I called Verizon and turns out this is a feature of the phone called Reachability, i.e. the iphone enables this option to allow you to use the larger screen with one hand by making the image half screen when the home button is lightly tapped. I have promptly turned the feature off with the help of the Verizon tech guy...go to Settings > General > Accessibility > toggle Reachability. Verizon said when the iPhone 6 was first released, they spent a lot of money replacing phones this was happening on without realizing this was a new "feature."
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings and check if the issue persists. Note that this will erase the data from your device.
