Q: Apple Pay Help !!
I went to a store and bought food for some friends, my phone pinged and showed the tick, but the register in the store did not register the transaction, so I had to pay in cash. My phone says I have paid for the goods, the store owner says that my phone transaction didn't work, so infect at the moment i've paid twice for the same goods. How can I get any help with this problem. I have been to the bank and they ca't help me at the moment becouse the transaction will not register until tomorrow.

If the payment terminal did not register the transaction, there is no need to be concerned (and there is no pending transaction or pre-authorisation).
For some reason, your payment attempt failed. If it had completed successfully, the terminal would have advised the merchant accordingly - and your side of the payment terminal would have confirmed the same to you.
You may wish to report your failed transaction to Apple. The form enables you to report issues with specific merchants, transactions and payment cards, so can be helpful in enabling Apple to investigate:
