Q: Battery life after El Capitan upgrade is very bad

Since upgrading to El Capitan, it seems like my battery drains rather quickly.  Here is my EtreCheck report.  Please advise on what I should do to get it back to normal.  Thank you

    You deleted them, that is not the same as removing them. You need to uninstall them.
