iOS 9.2 Settings animations not smooth, little jump when open a menu

I want to show a bug that for me is a huge issue in iphone experience.

This bug, that is a graphic one, appears with iOS 9.2 and was not present in the previous release.

This is the strange graphical behaviour: when you enter a settings such as battery, phone, message, or app settings, the open animations in not a smooth slide to left, but there is a little jump. When you exit and enter again the menu the slide is smooth with no jump.

This is orrible to see and only iOS 9.2 and 9.2.1 beta has this issue, never seen in old release !!

I hope you can support me to ask apple for a fix, because is really a bad thing in user experience.

Maybe with a lot of replies we can get the necessary attention from Apple.

As apples firmware continues to grow bigger and better.. The downfall is that the older devices can't run the new firmware as well. Older devices naturally have lower specifications. For example an iPad air 2 Will run iOS 9 .2 much better than an iPad fourth-generation. Maybe when they released 9.3 for public you'll have those bugs fixed or tweaks made to make it bearable!

This bug is indeed very disappointing! I have bought last week an Iphone 5SE and I noticed it at once. I have checked my old Iphone 4S and iPod touch 4the gen, which all have iOS 9.3.1 installed - same behavior on all devices, so it is not a hardware issue.

There is no need to make a restore, since my 5SE was brand new. It is obviously a software bug, which Apple should fix. I have noticed that this small "jump" is present only during the first opening of a submenu. If you check this very submenu once again, everything is fine. However, if you open the settings menu and submenu after a while, the "jump" is there again.

And another thing - the "jump" is not present in submenus with one or the two rows. It is there, when the submenu has several lines in it.

Just a final remark: the best iOS version is iOS 6.1, which I have on my second Iphone 4S. Everything is smooth, working fine and with an excellent design and I will never make an upgrade. Unfortunately Apple have chosen another iOS policy and the majority of the apps work only on iOS 8 & 9.

So, Apple, please fix this "jump gate"!
