Adding months to Numbers calendar template

Can't seem to get beyond January 2016 -- how do I create a 14 month planning calendar to manage a newsletter schedule. I do not want to use Apple's Calendar due to it's limitations in formatting.

Please help -- thanksAbunch!

You mean something like this?

That's not hard to do. Just select all the tables (I count 4), command-c to copy, then click further down the canvas and command-v to paste. Then repeat, selecting 8 tables, etc. When you have copy-pasted enough months, just change the month and year in each monthly calendar as needed.

Yes, you can change the current month to another one, but I was looking for an option that created a 12-14 month calendar that I could scroll down month by month, or view to the left in smaller versions like Pages does when creating a multipage document. I need to have a calendar layout that shows the whole year + on the screen when I need to plug-in dates for planning.

Thanks 🙂

Activate the dropdown by the 'Monthly' sheet (tab) name and you will see a list of tables on that sheet. You can navigate to that table by making a choice in the dropdown.

Some have hidden columns and rows, which you can unhide in the usual way to see how they work.

But to duplicate them you just select them as a group, command-c to copy, click on the canvas, command-v to paste.

Thanks BIG bunch, SG ~ don't know why I couldn't get it to do that! Seemed like it should behave similarly to other Mac programs, but when I kept trying it just wouldn't do that!?! Anywho ... guess I just needed to walk away and then try your advice again. ;-)

Sure appreciate your help AND patience ... LOL

I am having the same problem. And guess I'm not seeing the "table" selection. Perhaps Im not understanding exactly what I am seeing.

On Calendar page, I have Sept 2016 Above that is "Monthly" that "Blank" and cannot add anything after that. If I add table Im getting what looks like a second page Could someone step me through this.......found a great templete on "freeiwork" but they don't have a 2017 version out yet.

Very flustrated!
