Stuck in computer de/authorization loop

I cannot use music match on my PC I play music on because iTunes says it needs to be authorised. The iTunes account ID summary says I have 5 computers authorized but when I click manage devices I only see 2 computers authorized. I have tried deauthorizing all the computers but it will not allow me to do this until October 2016. My PC says its not authorize
