Connect to Time Capsule? For what?

To perform a Time Machine backup? Those are done from Macs, not iPhones.
To connect to WiFi? Have you set up the WiFi on your Time Capsule? If you cannot connect, exactly what have you tried? Exactly what happens? Exactly what does not happen that should?

very sorry for the delay my connection is bad. I replaced my time cap. with a new one today. can sign in with iPad but not my phone.

Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings on your iPhone.

Then go to Settings > WiFi and see if you can find your network. If you cannot, please tell us the exact symptoms that occur.

Assuming you're talking about a password that is being requested at WiFi connection time, be advised you are being asked for your WiFi network (WPA or WPA2) password.

Of course, if you're being asked for a password at some other time, you may be being asked for an Apple ID password (among others).
