"Connect to server" appears on screen
Hello I have iPhone 6 (iOS 9.2). The problem is I am constantly getting a transparent screen saying "connect to server" and also "cancel" and "accept" options at the bottom and "back" at the top. This screen appears even if my phone is locked and idle and also appears when I am using any phone or any app. I have googled about this issue but couldn't get any response, keep in mind that my mail apps and other apps requiring server connections are working fine and i don't have any other issue beside some apps crashes by itself.
