Q: Is there a male lightning to dual female lightning adapter?

If I understand you correctly not from Apple ,have you googled for 3rd party offerings

There are no adapters with two female lightning ports.  Thee are some with video or audio out and one female lightning port.  What are you trying to connect?

The FLIR ONE thermal camera should have been designed to charge both itself and the connected iOS device when connected to a charger, but it doesn't.  I don't think there is any way to charge the iPod while the camera is connected.
