Q: iPhone 4 App not working, has worked in the past

I have iPhone 4 and an App that I've previously used will not work (goes back to home screen).  It's a HumanaVitality App and the MyHumana App does still work.  I'm running 7.1.2 (11D257).  I'm not terrible savvy with App use but I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and powered down.  Don't know if I need a software update but indications are the 4 can't update to 8.1. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi debaking,

    The best folks to help you would be the developers of the HumanaVitality and MyHumana Apps.  They may have a version of their app that still works with iOS 7.1.2 since you are not able to update it.

    Contact the app developer for help:
    Find the app in the App Store.
    Tap the app, then tap Reviews.
    Underneath App Store Customer Reviews, tap App Support.
