i bought an ipad mini 3 yesterday and immediately set it up and update it to the latest ios which is ios 9.2, then suddenly the touch id stop working. is there a fix for this problem?

hi cunnla! thanks for the response. i recently contacted an apple support personnel and discussed the problem my ipad is going through, after an hour of conversation and troubleshooting, i was adviswd to visit an apple service center and have it for further checking as she suspect that it was a hardware problem, so i came to visit the service center and they check the unit, right after that they agreed to replace it with a new one.
