accidentally opened a .scr file, will i get a virus?

Lonng story short, a friend was play a game on my phone via online. Random person sends him a link and he decides to open it, it was a .scr file and he tried opening it using the app Documents, I personally know this is a virus/trogjan meant for windows but will it affect ios?
