Turn your device off and back on. If this doesn't help, sign out from your account and sign back in.
Also, you can try resetting your settings.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

Jan 6, 2016 5:55 AM in response to gmckelfrby flguy,Try a hard reboot. To do this you hold the power button and home button together at exactly the same time for a few seconds. Wait until your screen goes dark then give it a minute to power back up. Sometimes it won't power up automatically, in that case just push the power button itself once quickly like a normal power up/down and wait for the logo to appear. Then try your App Store and web sites again.
