Q: Trouble/Issue recording with a garageband's background synth on an ipad2 mini

Hello there folks. Here's the thing:

I've been composing a song on mi Ipad2 mini using Garageband and everything was working perfect until I opened a new channel and assigned a background synth. The part to be recorded required 5 fingers touching the screen and the "lead" one sliding down 3 notes and then going back to its first position. Again, it worked perfectly. But once I started to record and the lead finger needed to slide down, the touch screen stopped its function and (I assume) the Ipad understood it as the touch function one use to change from one window to another. I cannot record what I needed to and right now I must admit, I'm kind of annoyed with this device because I've been trying to record this more than 10 times and haven't been able to do so.

Anyone there knows if this is a configuration problem or a software's bug problem that should be solved by the folks at apple? (I've tried to look up for a touch screen configuration settings on my Ipad, but I cannot find anything to solve this problem)

Any info someone can give me, trully grateful I'll be. (Yodastyle )

¡Cheers!
