How to disable green "accept/reject" feature pages 5.6.1

I have recently upgraded to El Capitan on my macbook pro and have pages version 5.6.1 (2562) and notice that when I go in to edit an existing document (haven't seen this on newly created docs) there appears a little green box asking me to check an accept or reject the change I just made. How can I get rid of this annoying feature?

Unless you require document tracking, you can disable it via the Pages Edit menu : Turn Off Tracking, or via the last menu item shown in this screen capture.

The green and red items did not appear until I clicked the right-arrow adjacent to the 4 Changes to step through my changes. These color items will also appear in the individual changes found in the comments/changes side panel, which can be hidden via the View button located on the left-side of the Pages Toolbar.
