Jan 6, 2016 12:00 PM in response to OGELTHORPEby miles2sleep,The computer will not let me access the info by clicking on the apple icon in upper left corner, and the original box is in storage. So I don't know exactly, I don't see why that is evident? It's a MacBook Pro Intel Duo, I have 8 memmory both slots used, Hard drive is Sata 250GB, I had Mavericke OSX 10.10, it was when I intalled Yosemite the computer started freezing up, I wish I didn't install the Yosemite. Apple always sends out these upgrades, on iPhone also, and I'm going to stop doing this, it seems everytime I do, I have problems and end up loosing my system, I use to replace all my Apple products everuy 2-3 years, I hated paying more for products than what other companies sell products for, I have always felt I was purchasing a better product with Apple, but I have lost faith in a company I have support for 20 years.
