Because it in lost mode it will pickup a wifi signal when turned on
To activate lost mode .

If anyone sends a text or phones you DONOT
give them your PASSCODE or password
Or they will turn off find my iPhone .
And be able to use iphone.

This is not correct. The passcode that is used to lock the screen is NOT the password linked to the iCloud account and Find My iPad.
Lost Mode can not be disabled.
Additionally, if you did not explicitly block access to Control Center when the screen is locked, someone could swipe up, turn on WiFi, and it would connect to any previously known network.
Why do you want to cancel Lost Mode? It doesn't hurt anything.
