When i try to update transactions from the bank I get a window that download failed and an error message QLOQ Quarantine error 418 (error 418). I am connected to the internet. Help, I need to download my bank transactions. I use the same computer (Power Mac OS10, 10.8.5in Colorado as in California, where I am now, with no problems in Colorado.

Also note that you have posted in a forum for desktop machines using the PowerPC micorprocessor (2006 and earlier), which cannot run current OS versions such as 10.8.5. You might want to update your profile/OS/products so that people can better assist with any future topics.
