Loosing phone
I lost my iPhone 6s and checked the find my iPhone app (offline) then I found activation lock status was turned off by checking with my phone IMEI. How should I do?

Unless you removed the iPhone from your account there is no way to turn off Activation Lock without your Apple ID and password.
