difference iphone 5c vs 5s

can someone tell me if the iphone 5c and 5s are the same except for the material that the chassis is made of?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), 16 gb ram, 500 gb samsung 850 evo

The iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S are different generations of iPhone. So no, there is more different than simply material.

The iPhone 5C is the same generation as the iPhone 5, one earlier than iPhone 5S.
