You are trying to use your Apple Pencil with an iPad Pro, right?  That is the only device the Apple Pencil works with.

pencil suddenly stopped working after deactivating/activating bluetooth

Tried to remove device and pair again, refasten tip, reboot ipad

ipad does not detect pencil anymore, after inserting pencil into lightning adapter appears message, that bluetooth device is not registered

I have an Apple Pencil that I just bought today and the battery is not lasting on it like they told me when I bought it from the store And it is also not drawing? Is there a number tha I can reach customer service ??
