Incoming calls go to someone else

I have had this issue ever since I switched my service from straight talk to cricket wireless. I love my service, but when people call my cell phone if I don't answer my calls won't go to my voicemail, and are being re routed to a woman named Tonya who lives in Dayton. Very frustrating for me as I use my phone as my primary source of communication, for doctors appointments and such, and I am sure it's even more frustrating for Tonya as she receives calls for me on a daily basis. I've spent hours on the phone with cricket trying to resolve the issue, and have had no luck in fixing it. It's phone call only that go to her, I still recieve text messages and the calls do come through on my phone, but if I miss the call it gets re routed to her phone number. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so have you been able to get it fixed? I really don't want to have to change my number but if It will fix this issue then I will do it.

Somehow, you've enabled what's called conditional call forwarding. It's a carrier feature where, if you don't answer or your line is busy, the call gets fowarded to another number. Contact your carrier for instructions on how to cancel the feature. It usually involves dialing a short code. Try *720 <call>.
