where is the graphic performace switch?

I've Macbook pro 2008, after update to el capitan 10.11.2, in the energy saver preference i can't find anymore the switch for "better graphic performance" or "better battery life", where is it now?

Mac Pro, Mac book Pro, iMac, G5, Titanium, Mac OS X (10.6.7), some old G4 and one Plus

So the graphic card is arrived, my Mac Book Pro 2008 now is perfect but i still don't see the switching performance checkbox, I'm super happy and I want say a very big THANK YOU to the Taiwanese guys that repair it (just change the INVIDIA with a new one for less than 150$) and also say I'm very DISAPPOINTED by the Apple Assistence in Taiwan (Tainan), they take my computer to the inside laboratory, make a test and say that is garbage and i must throw it.
