Q: so i just bought a i phone 6 plus and at first it would let me play my music but all of a sudden its saying i cant play my PURCHASED music unless im connected to wifi please help

I understand that you are not able to listen to your music unless you are connected to Wi-Fi. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on. 

What comes to mind is that the music might not be saved for offline use. You should be able to stream your music overt a cellular connection unless you have that turned off. Take a look at the articles below to go over saving music for offline use as well as looking at the settings for the Music app to listen over cellular data.
