Questions about Libdvdcss 1.4.0

First, can anyone confirm if this link is this a legitimate .pkg download for libdvdcss version 1.4.0? https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Bf28MUEuWcyEqJ4-7iN0JnMajKmFYy3BgykrDZcCW-Y/ edit

Does it actually install libdvdcss 1.4.0 for me? If not, can anyone tell me how to install the program on my Mac? (I have El Capitan). I'm afraid I don't have a lot of computer experience, so please bear with me if I don't understand your explanation at first. Thanks a bunch!

I don't believe there is an 'official' pre-compiled version for Mac. However the official site details are here http://www.videolan.org/developers/libdvdcss.html and the normal expectation is that you would download the source code and compile it yourself.

This is possible on the Mac and would require installing the free Xcode command-line tools.

Anything beyond this is probably going to be outside the permitted remit of these forums.
