Q: What can i do when a declined transaction on my credit card through apple store?

I Have i phone 6s , i enter my credit card required data in order to purchase on apple store ( egypt) and i successfully purchased apps & bonus in games , but the problem now is that there is an transaction declined due to insufficiend funds on my credit card , now when i try to download any app even if free apps from app store , it requires me to change the data of my credit card & am only have one credit card. So i need your kind support to solve my problem

Hello mahmoud251,

I understand that you are unable to make any further purchases with your Apple ID because of insufuccent funds on your account. The way to fix that would be to settle that unpaid balance so you can continue downloading other content from the iTunes and App stores. Take a look at the article below for more details.
