I'm afraid that you cannot set up Apple Pay on your iPhone 5s.

To be able to add cards to Apple Pay on iPhone, you will require an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus or later. Earlier models do not contain the hardware (NFC chip) that is necessary for making contactless payments.

The App Store app is included as part of iOS.

It cannot be removed from your iPhone, nor can it be installed separately.

If you cannot find the app, you may have moved it to a folder.

To search for it: when viewing the Home screen on your iPhone, swipe down from the centre of the screen to open Search. Then type "app store" in the search box at the top of the screen.
