How do I get Apple Watch display to return to regular view

User uploaded fileUser uploaded fileUser uploaded file

Ijust glanced at my Apple Watch and noticed the content is super zoomed in (and I didn't do anything to make it that way -- no messing with settings, etc.). I can barely see the content and I can't navigate to see any of the GUI. If anything happened to cause the content to appear this way it was not intentional on my part. I have restarted the watch. It returns to the same zoom level. I have taken a screen shot of the problem, but the screen shot actually does not show what is on my screen. It shows what the screen is supposed to look like.

I took a few photos of my Apple Watch with my iPhone to help you see the problem.

Ideas?

Hi

Zoom (an accessibility feature) has been activated on your watch.

To disable Zoom, on your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (bottom left tab) > General > Accessibility > Zoom - turn off.

It can also be enabled / disabled on your Apple Watch via Settings > General > Accessibility.
