I need to disable the Do Not Disturb feature so I can hear my phone ring and vibrate. My iphone is lost in my house, and using iCloud from my PC, is there anyway to disable Do Not Disturb??

There isn't a way to remotely disable Do Not Disturb.
The quote below from If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support may (or may not) help -- I'm not sure if the sound will play while Do Not Disturb is on but I suspect that it will. The phone would have to be on (i.e., battery not dead).
- Sign in to icloud.com/find on a Mac or PC, or use the Find My iPhone app on another iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Find your device. Open Find My iPhone, and select a device to view its location on a map. If the device is nearby, you can have it play a sound to help you or someone nearby find it.
