Q: Photos library not showing since El

since I installed El Capitan my photos lbrary has disappeared frm imovie

so I am unable to complete the movie

imac, Mac OS X (10.6.3)

    After a long conversation with applecare today the issue has been resolved.

    In order to see Photo Library in imovie you need to open - and keep open -

    the Photos App. How easy would that have been for Apple to

    put something on their website. Apparently this is a bug in El Capitan.

    Hope this helps others!!
