How can i delete a battery virus!

Hello everyone,

Today I opened google chrome to find out if the hunger games the last one was able to watch in cuevana 2, but a window with a warning appeared saying that if I close it a virus will affect my battery. I didn´t have any choice so I close it, but now my battery is really a mess, every single minute it discharge 1% of it.

If any of u have the answer to fix it let me know please, i´ll be really glad ´cause i don´t know what to do.

1. There are no known viruses that can affect non-jailbroken iPhones.

2. I do not believe there's such a thing as a battery virus. Since a battery is a collection of electric components, that have no real software to them to get

infected. The most it could be is a piece of code, that would keep a computer's processor doing things and would by extension use up more battery. However an iPhone cannot be affected by malicious code that way.

3. If you are having battery issues, you may want to let the iPhone completely discharge once, until it turns itself off, and then plug it in and let it charge again to 100%. This helps in calibrating the battery meter. You might also want to check Settings->Battery and see what is using up the most battery.

4. If you continue to have battery issues, a trip to the nearest Apple Store may be required to have them diagnose the battery.

What probably happened is you went to an infected website that displayed that message. It then kept a continuously reloading window open in Chrome that puts added load on the battery. Simply go to Chrome settings (the 3 dots in the Chrome app, upper right) tap History and then Clear Browsing Data...And never visit that website again.

OOPS, I just answered the OP, which was a long time ago. Good reason not to threadjack.
