Macbook locked out in password page

First it freezed then i restart macbook then password page appeared but again macbook freezed . I restarted the mac this time a page is apeared as you forgot the pasword or something else or something else then next. However macbook locked out i couldnt do anything. Now i can just turn on and turn off the computer.
