Q: i have no idea who the last owner was and i am stuck on activation lock

How do i get rid of activation lock without knowing apple ID info

Without being able to contact the person who set the lock, you can't; Apple won't unlock that iPhone for you. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.

There is no way to get rid of it without the previous owner releasing it from his iCloud account
