Random Find my iPhone alerts quite scary as I have changed my Apple ID

Hey guys I was wondering if you can help it's a matter of emergency as I have changed my Apple ID around 3 times to something different and still i get in the middle of the night "Find my iPhone alert" and this is when my IPad is off and so is my MacBook and this is around 11 till 3 i have had 3 different occasions and emails conferring them as I though it was a dream as it woke me up. I am quite worried as i might be tracked! Please tell me what to do, Thanks.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2

If the device was completely powered down, it's impossible for someone to remotely submit a Find my iPhone alert request, as the iPad is not connected to the Internet to receive the request and there's no way around that. It is possible, however, that there is some technical glitch which caused the device to restart and play the sound. In that case, I would suggest telling Apple support about your experience: http://apple.com/feedback.
