Sep 14, 2016 11:20 AM in response to nikey33by Diana.McCall,Hi. Normally this would be due to loss of signal. But first, try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then reboot, hold Sleep and Home buttons until you see the Apple. Connect to your network and see if it's better. Restarting the router wouldn't hurt also.

Sep 16, 2016 5:49 PM in response to Diana.McCallby 2fingermagic,I've been having this same exact issue ever since I updated my iOS to 10 on my iPad Air 2. Rebooting the router will not solve this issue as it's more than likely something to do with iOS 10. Generally, what happens is, when you're connected to the wifi, you're connected for 5 minutes. If you're browsing the internet, you're fine, then all of a sudden when clicking on a link you'll get "you're not connected to the internet" blah blah blah. I've done a hard reset on my iPad, as well as just shutting down and turning on. Nothing has worked so far and it's getting really annoying. Apple needs to look into this issue and figure out what's wrong. I also have a iPhone 6S Plus, which is also running iOS 10, and I haven't this issue yet. It seems to be only effecting the iPad.
