could not be copied because an error occurred a duplicate filename was specified

I keep getting the message when I try to transfer a file from an app off my iPhone onto my mac.

It's very frustrating. Any ideas?

Hey, did you manage to find a solution to this issue? I'm having the same problem, I get about 30% through and iTunes informs me of a duplicate file and cancels the copy. Very annoying as I need the file copied from my iPhone.
