After my Apple Watch installed OS 2, it's now completely frozen with just the Apple logo on the screen. Help.

Press & hold both the crown & the button in for 20/30 seconds .

To force restart your watch, press and hold both buttons for around 10 seconds (not for 20-30 seconds), until the Apple logo re-appears.
If that does not help, you will need to contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch serviced under warranty.
