Q: transfer music from 4s to 5s without iTunes?

i have just updated from 4s to 5s and I'm unable to transfer my music from 4s to 5s. the music was not purchased from iTunes. is there a way to do it?? share it doesn't show my music tag.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2
