Q: Calendar not synching after ios 9.2

I understand that your calendars that you sync with Outlook are not updating and staying in sync. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on.
If you use iTunes to sync your calendars, take a look at the article below to walk you through how to reset the sync history to sort this out. It will also have you look at the options to replace the content on your iPhone if that is the case.

Hope you are well, many thanks for your help really appreciate it but its still not working
I have tried all the fixes you mentioned and I've looked to see if there is any issue with outlook but it still wont sync.
I have re-set my phone back to factory settings and tried resetting the sync via iTunes and still nothing.
Not sure what else I can do?
