My iPhone is at home and I am at work. Can I monitor my iPhone to see who is calling or texting. Also can I get and send iMessages from my work computer or any computer. If not, please create this feature!!!

No you can't monitor you phone remotely.

The only way you would be able to monitor what is going on on your phone would be if you have another apple device you can link to your account.
