Can't connect my iPhone 5 to iTunes because when it tells me to "respond" on my phone I am unable to as my phone is locked.

I recently got my iPhone 5's screen repaired and battery replaced. I turn on my phone and it comes up with "iPhone is disabled - connect to iTunes". My phone is not synced on my computer as the computer that it was synced on and connected to was sold. I plug in my phone to my new computer and iTunes says to "respond" on my phone, although I can't do this because my phone is disabled and I can't put my 4-digit password in. How can I fix this? Please respond quickly as I would really like to start using my phone once again.
