Q: Kernel Trap

Hey guys

I know this question came up for billion times but I have to.

I have an early-2015 13 inch Macbook Air. I have been experiencing this bloody Kernel trap problem for months. I have taken my PC to Apple Store several times but they could do NOTHING. It keeps shutting down and won't let me do anything.

Anybody else suffering from this problem? Please help me. I read all the questions about this but nothing helped.

What do you mean by a kernel trap?

Do you maybe mean a kernel panic as discussed at OS X: When your computer spontaneously restarts or displays "Your computer restarted because of a problem." - Apple Supp…

Yes. Exactly this one. I tried to follow all these steps but could not find any solutions to the problem.

Kernel panics can occur for a number of reasons Most of them are caused by defective or incompatible hardware. If you need help interpreting the kernel panic report, post it in a reply.

Please post the entire text of the kernel panic — not a screenshot. I know it's long, but there is insufficient information in the screenshot to draw any conclusions.

The entire KP report may not reveal a cause. Post it anyway. If it contains any information you might consider personal and don't want to appear in this publicly viewable website, edit or obscure it prior to posting your reply.

No problem. I thought only the first part was important.

This is the full report on kernel panic. Thank you very much in advance

If there are any Bluetooth devices paired with that Mac, open Bluetooth Preferences, un-pair them, and determine if the kernel panics subside.

Thank you John. I did everything as you said, changed all the bluetooth preferences. Hopefully, it's gonna be okay. I will update here if the problem continues. Thank you very much for your help once more.
