Q: I am trying to redeem an itunes gift card and having no luck. Help

How do I redeem and itunes gift card? I have tried multiple times to used displayed options, but nothing works.

What happens when you try to redeem it ? If you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

How are you trying to redeem it ? If on a computer's iTunes have you tried using an iOS device (and vice versa) ?
