I haven't used FCPX for some time. The last OS was 10.10.x I have since upgraded to 10.11.2. I am now getting a strange error when FCPX loads. it says
"Some products may not be available in Final Cut Pro because errors occurred during installation"
Now nothing has changed with respect to FCPX.
Is there a simple solution to this problem?

I'm getting the exact same message. Weird because El Cap doesn't even support Disk Permission repair.
Hi. I found out that the message actually belongs to FXFactory. Open the application and under one of the menus are submenu items: Repair products (or something) and Repair Disk Permissions. Try running the first one rhen the second. It fixed the situstion fo me. The other suggestion from the Developer was ti delete your copy and reinstal. Then do the same to repairs.
