Jan 8, 2016 3:27 PM in response to Kappyby Roughshod Willie,I'm not exactly sure what your telling me to do. When I open Blue Tooth Preferences it opens and the Apple Magic Mouse and the Keyboard are displayed on the left. If select either, CTRL or Right clicking does nothing. I can select one and click on the little gear symbol below and it offers Disconnect or Show More Info. If I select Show More Info and click on the box to the right with the info in it and the click on the gear symbol again I'm offered Disconnect, Add to Favorites, Update Device Name, Update Device Services, and Hide More Info. If I click on Update Device Name it doesn't change anything except show todays date as the Last Name Update in the More Info box

Jan 8, 2016 7:39 PM in response to Roughshod Willieby Roughshod Willie,Well it took a little searching but if anyone else is having this problem the solution is: Do a software update and you'll see an update for Aluminum wireless keyboard and Apple Magic Mouse. Simply download the updates, restart your computer and when it restarts all will work perfectly. I'm now able to rename both and it now show the battery life for each.
