First, you are not running out of memory. If you were you would see killed processes in your EtreCheck report. Starting with Mavericks OS X changed the way the system used and allocated memory. OS X will use as much ram as it can and release it to applications as needed. You WANT your computer to use every asset available in order to work as fast and efficiently as possible. What good is "free ram" doing you? This may help you understand http://www.switchingtomac.com/tutorials/osx/understanding-memory-pressure-in-os- x-mavericks/

Your biggest problem, and it is a BIG problem, is that you have installed CleanMyMac. Uninstall it per these directions http://macpaw.com/support/cleanmymac/knowledgebase/how-to-uninstall-cleanmymac-3

Restart after uninstalling and test. Learn how to use Activity Monitor and pay attention to the Memory Pressure graph.

You should xonsider uninstalling MemoryClean. Regardless of your positive outcome with it you already have an app, a better app, installed as part of OS X that does the same thing and more, Activity Monitor Use Activity Monitor on your Mac - Apple Support

MemoryClean is a third party application and it's never a good idea to onstall something that does the same thing an Apple provided app does, especially with the latest versions of OS X.
