Is it possible to use Spotify offline without being connected to my iPhone?
Is it possible to use Spotify offline without being connected to my phone or Wi-Fi, for example when I am training outside?

That is not presently possible. Spotify does not presently offer an Apple Watch App for iPhone (in either an iPhone-dependent or native form):

The built-in Music app on Apple Watch does offer the option to sync a playlist to your watch. You can listen to this regardless of whether or not your watch is connected to your iPhone or to Wi-Fi.
