Q: FaceTime is dropping calls after saying connecting

Just bought a Mac book pro and trying to make FaceTime as I did with my previous Mac book pro, FaceTime will say connecting for a while and then drop the call without connecting??

How can I fixed?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
