Ask sid to send it again.

If you have a back up that contains the messages, you can restore your phone from that back up. However, everything you've added to the phone since the back up will be overwritten.
Or, you can ask Sid to re-send the messages.
Just got this feeling, young Meg, that sid is something other than a friend...😉
