Macbook pro Retina freezes in normal bootup

My late 2013 Macbook pro retina freezes on normal start up but works fine in safe mode. It either gets stuck in login screen or during the first 2mins after login.

I tried SMC & NVRAM reset, it did not fix the issue so I formatted my disk then reinstalled the OSX. Still the same. May be cause i installed Skype and hotspot shield again?

Need your support asap. Appreciated.

Did you reinstall all your data from a backup when you reinstalled OS X? Just what did you do?

i did not back up my files as i keep all my files in external HD. I just installed Skype and Hotspot Shield from App store after reinstalling OS X. Then again it gets stuck

Do you have them as Login Items? If so remove them from the Login Items list after quitting them. Uninstall them. Test the system. Test Safe Mode again.
